How to Calculate the date on which an employee will complete the service of 6 months and 21 days from 28 feb. 2015.
Below is the Calculation of Service as per Rule 2.42 of MSR Vol.1 Part-1
- 28 Feb. 2015 -- 1 day
- 01.03.2015 to 31.08.2015 -- 06 Months
- 01.09.2015 to 20.09.2015 -- 20 days
Hence the employee commencing his service from February 28, 2015 will complete the service of 6 months & 21 days on September 20, 2015.
