Clarification of Minimum 15% rise in salary to PSPCL Employees recruited between 01.01.2016 to 16.07.2020

Clarification in which PSPCL has adopted the Letter No. 09/01/2021-5FP1/1228 Dated 20.09.2021 Punjab Government Gazette Notification - Punjab Civil Services (Revised Pay) First Amendment Rules, 2021.

In this Notification, clarification is given on how to pay the arrears of a minimum of 15 % Rise in salary for the employees above the salary which they were getting as of 31.12.2015.

However in another notification No. 09/02/2021-5FP1/1451 Dated 03.11.2021 for Implementation of Sixth Punjab Pay Commission-Clarification regarding 15% enhancement to the employees recruited between 01.01.2016 to 16.07.2020, Punjab Govt. has clarified to raise a minimum of 15% in the salary for the employees recruited between 01.01.2016 to 16.07.2020.

This is the update regarding the minimum 15% raise in salary of the PSPCL employees recruited between 01.01.2016 to 16.07.2020. 

However, in near future PSPCL may adopt/ clarify with reference to a minimum 15% raise in salary of the PSPCL employees recruited between 01.01.2016 to 16.07.2020 on the pattern of Punjab Govt. employees recruited between 01.01.2016 to 16.07.2020 as per Notification No. 09/02/2021-5FP1/1451 Dated 03.11.2021
